The land and its products Agriturismo Il Portone is an old hamlet in stone, surrounded by green meadows. This organic estate produces cereals and certified pork meat. The restaurant serves traditional cuisine of Abruzzo. Parking is free. Il Portone offers guest rooms and suites, both with free Wi-Fi. The style is rustic, with vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and handmade linens. All accommodation enjoys views of the Maiella countryside. All meals are prepared with ingredients produced on site. The generous breakfast buffet includes biscuits, homemade cakes, cheese, sliced meats and bread. The farm has 40 hectares of land owned, equipped with organic certification and mainly cultivated with cereals like barley, wheat and corn solina hats as well as olive groves and vineyards. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or a deposit of 30% paid by bank transfer.
