At 750 m of altitude, the Country House Case Catalano is located within the Maiella National Park, 40 km from Pescara. This 4-hectare property includes rustic apartments, set in former hay barns and stables of the 18th century.
All accommodation offers a patio or balcony. The bed linen has been made by local artisans and rooms feature anti-allergy mattresses. Each apartment at the Case Catalano features a kitchenette. There is an outdoor wood-burning oven that you can use, and the staff can assist you in preparing local specialities. There is free parking on site and bikes can be rented for free. The Holy Spirit, St. John and St. Bartholomew retreats are nearby. The ski slopes are a 20-minute drive away. lthough not a holiday, every year we prepare a small garden for guests using for cultivation, only organic products, children have the opportunity to see the plants grow and learn to pick tomatoes, zucchini, and odors, in this way then willingly eat vegetables harvested. They learn to recognize insects, squirrels, woodpeckers, cuckoos, the buzzard and the fox who is our mascot. They can chase under the forest brandishing bows that are made from the branches of trees giving life to their imaginations. Additional information
Cancellations must be written and are valid from the date of receipt in our office sent by fax or e-mail to the management of the hotel. If the cancellation is made over 10 days from the date of arrival, the cancellation will be free of charge. If the cancellation is made after that day or if guests do not show up or leave early, we will debit 30% of the amount booked and not used. IMPORTANT: Cancellation fees conform to Italian law and should be paid even if the cancelled rooms are then used.
