Le Magnolie farmhouse, founded in 1980’s, owes its name to the presence of the two centuries-old magnolia trees where it is also situated a 17th Century fountain.
It is situated on the top of a hill at about 300 meters above sea level and at about 25 km both from the sea and the mountain. Immersed in an unforgettable landscape of hills surrounded by olive groves, this is a very pleasant base for exploring Loreto Aprutino,Penne,Pescara, Atri, three national parks, natuaral reserves among other attractions in Abruzzo, the Green Region of Europe. Althernatively, you can relax poolside and just enjoy , the tranquility and the stunning views of Maiella and Gran Sasso mountains. The 26 hectares organic farm grows olives, cereals and vegetables. There is also a big wood with 15000 different plants. Mario and Gabriella, the owners, will welcome all guests as old friends and will help the to plan trips and day’s activities. Nonna Olga (Granny), Gabriella’s mother will delight guests with her tasty food prepared according to the traditional recipes of the region. Le Magnolie farmhouse has got 2 en suite bedrooms, and 10 apartments which sleep from 2 to 5 people. Additional information
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT:In order to guarantee the booking we will require your credit card details( cardholder's name, number and validity). We reserve the right to take from your card the value of the first night's stay as a deposit by issuing a receipt in advance. We usually do not charge anything from your card unless you cancel your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be charged as follows: l From 89 to 42 days before arrival: 10% of the reservation value l From 41 to 30 days before arrival: 30% ofthe reservation value l From 29 to 7 days: before arrival: 60% of the reservation value l From 6 to NO SHOW: 80% of the reservation value If you do not wish to give your credit card details, it is possible to pay the deposit of the first night's stay by a bank transfer.
