General information
Located in the Pianella hills, the agriturismo is close to the beaches of the Adriatic sea, surrounded by the majestic Abruzzo mountains (Maiella National Park, Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park).Pianella is a small town rich in history and ancient monuments, surrounded by other characteristic towns such as Atri, Spoltore, Città Sant'Angelo, Loreto Aprutino and Penne. The accommodation The agriturismo is part of a farm producing certified organic extra virgin olive oil. It is surrounded by a large garden of approximately 2000 m2, equipped with all the comforts you could need (wooden furniture, umbrellas, sun loungers, hammocks, a children’s play area, ping pong table, barbecue). In the reception area on the ground floor, you will find a computer with internet access. In winter, breakfast is served in a cosy tavern equipped with a functional kitchen, or in the garden in warmer weather. On the first floor are the suites and a small reading area with classic and modern literature. On the second floor is the mini-apartment. Activities and surrounding Of particular interest is a visit to the Musei di Artigianato Antico (Museum of Arts and Crafts). Penne Lake (14 km), a WWF oasis, offers a rare spectacle of birds and animals on the verge of extinction. 15 km away are the coastal resorts of Pescara, Montesilvano, Francavilla and the Costa dei Trabocchi. The farm is easily accessible from Abruzzo international airport, the tourist port and the A14 (BA), A24-A25 (AQ-RM) motorway network.
